In order to implement the above HSE Philosophy, we conduct our oil and gas exploration and production operations with the "Four Commitments" and "Three Actions" below;

< Four Commitments >
We, MOECO, will;

1. Comply with HSE laws, regulations, Good and Prudent International Industry Standards and other internal & external requirements to which the company subscribes;
2. Give top priority to the health and safety of all our employees, service contractors and people affected by our operations;
3. Aim to continually review and improve HSE management system by minimization of environmental impact, prevention of environmental pollution, prevention of injury and ill health and reduction of health and safety risks; and
4. Strive to preserve the natural environment through sustainable development balancing the interests of the local population.

< Three Actions >
We, MOECO, will;

1. Establish the organization, rules and administration of a "Plan / Do / Check / Action" system for our HSE program and will identify and designate the various positions having HSE responsibilities;
2. Conduct education, training and inter-office awareness activities regarding our HSE Philosophy & Policy in order to deepen the understanding of the "Four Commitments" by all our management and employees; and
3. Make the public awareness of our "HSE Philosophy & Policy" through brochure or our homepage.

We, MOECO, have the certifications of ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 and will execute our proper HSE Management System for Tokyo head office, Bangkok office, Siam Moeco Ltd office of our subsidiary and their L10/43, L11/43 fields in Thailand.
