
Management Strategy
We aim at maintaining and expanding reserves and production volumes so as to establish a stable management foundation as a trusted company that contributes to the public benefit. To this end, we conduct our business operations with the following as focus areas in our management strategy.


- Even as we remain strongly committed to the management and operation of our existing business in Thailand and other parts of Southeast Asia, we are taking part in new projects in the region and pursuing additional opportunities to have our second operator project.

- Toward building a strong medium-term to long-term business foundation, we are establishing bases in the Middle East, North Africa, and North America that will become part of our core business alongside our projects in and around the Gulf of Thailand.

- In addition to developing strategies for exploration and for asset acquisition and sales with an eye to portfolio balance, we are involved in projects that require a long-term commitment. We are also looking to develop new business by strengthening cooperation and building relationships with strategic partners, governments of oil-producing countries, and national oil companies.
